Allen & Overy Settles Religious Bias Lawsuit

Law360, New York (May 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Allen & Overy LLP has resolved a religious discrimination suit brought by a former New York associate who claimed he was fired for observing Jewish laws.

The London-based firm confirmed in a statement Wednesday that the dispute with Norman D. Schoenfeld had been resolved and was expected to close in the near future.
