Law360, Los Angeles (August 5, 2014, 3:38 PM EDT) -- A California bankruptcy judge seeking to jail “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis for violating a contempt order asked a district court on Monday to issue an arrest warrant, stating that she was unsure whether she had the authority to issue it herself.
