Discovery Limits Clarified In TFT-LCD Antitrust Case

Law360 (May 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Responding to discovery disputes in the ongoing antitrust multidistrict litigation against thin film transistor liquid crystal display makers, a special master on Thursday clarified what kind of discovery the defendants in the case would have to produce.
