By Ron Zapata (May 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Walt Disney Co. has discovered it's a small world after all for consumer products intellectual property, following a lawsuit by photo studio Glamour Shots Licensing Inc. that alleges the Mickey Mouse company violated a trademark used for Hannah Montana brand candy.
GSL filed the suit on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, accusing the Disney company, its subsidiary Disney Enterprises Inc. and candymaker Imaginings 3 Inc. of "wrongful and unauthorized use" of the photo studio's trademark through Disney Glamour Shots Candy, which is packaged in a picture frame with a portrait of Hannah Montana....
