SEC Charges Time Warner Execs Over $1B Scam

Law360 (May 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Almost three years after settling fraud charges with media giant Time Warner Inc., regulators have charged a group of former executives in connection with the same billion-dollar scam.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced Monday it had filed civil charges against eight ex-executives, including the company's former chief financial officer and the head of its business affairs unit.
