Delta, Mexicana Oppose Eos Sale Plan

Law360, New York (May 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Eos Airlines Inc. is facing two objections to its proposed bidding procedures for its asset sale, with Delta Air Lines Inc. lodging a limited caveat and sublessor and creditor Compania Mexicana de Aviacion SA de CV opposing the plan wholesale.

Delta filed its objection on Monday and Mexicana filed its objection on Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. A hearing on the motion for approval of the procedures is set for Thursday.
