NYC Citi Bike Workers Cleared For Union Vote

Law360, New York (August 21, 2014, 6:03 PM EDT) -- A National Labor Relations Board official on Wednesday gave a group of employees for New York City's Citi Bike bike sharing program the green light to vote on whether they would like to form a union.

Elbert F. Tellem, the acting regional NLRB director for the New York region, authorized a group of full-time, part-time and seasonal employees for the New York City bike sharing service to take part in a representation election.
