Funds Hit Aramark With ERISA Suit Over Books

Law360 (May 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A retirement and a pension fund have filed a lawsuit against hospitality giant Aramark Services Inc. to make the company open its books to their auditors.

The Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees International Union Welfare Fund and the Unite Here National Retirement Fund filed the suit alleging violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
