Casino Game Producers Hit With Infringement Suit

Law360, New York (May 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Nevada-based Patent Rights Protection Group LLC has filed suit against three casino gaming companies, alleging they infringe two of the company's patents for gaming apparatuses.

The suits, filed individually Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, name Cadillac Jack Inc., Nova Gaming LLC and Video Gaming Technologies Inc. as defendants.
