Verint Notches Another Win Against Nice

Law360, New York (May 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Nice Systems Ltd. has lost its patent infringement suit against Verint Americas Inc. over Voice Over Internet Protocol technology just a week after it was smacked with a $3.3 million jury verdict for violating Verint's speech analytics patent in a separate case.
