Plaintiffs Win Partial Victory In E-Ferol Class Action

Law360, New York (May 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has allowed most plaintiffs in a class action against CVS Revco DS Inc. and O'Neal Inc. over a toxic vitamin solution given to premature infants in the mid-1980s to go forward with their claims, while dismissing a handful of plaintiffs and proposing to reconsider class certification.
