El Al Puts Aside $20M For Potential DOJ Deal

Law360, New York (May 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- El Al Israel Airlines Ltd. has said it will dock $20 million in its financial report to account for a potential deal related to the U.S. Department of Justice's air cargo price-fixing probe, which has already netted several settlements.

The airline made public Monday its notice of the accounting to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Israel Business Arena newswire reported.
