Paul Hastings Guides Facebook's $102M Office Campus Buy

Law360, New York (September 5, 2014, 6:33 PM EDT) -- Facebook Inc. has purchased a 60-acre Menlo Park, California, office campus close to its corporate headquarters, according to a Friday news report confirmed to Law360 by the seller.

The tech giant closed on the deal Thursday to buy the campus at 300 Constitution Ave. from TE Connectivity for $101.6 million, the Silicon Valley Business Journal said.

The property, which TE Connectivity is planning to lease back, has 10 buildings and is roughly 1 million square feet. The campus is nestled between California State Route 84, which runs along the bay to the north, and U.S. Route 101 to the south....
