Ex-Hospital CEO Charged With Dodging $64M Order

Law360, New York (May 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The former owner of a bankrupt Chicago hospital has been charged by U.S. prosecutors with lying to the authorities and thwarting government efforts to collect on a $64.2 million civil penalty he owes for his alleged role in a massive health care fraud.
