Fla. Tribe Has Sovereign Immunity In Candlebox Suit: Judge
By Nathan Hale (September 18, 2014, 8:19 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge said Thursday that the Seminole Tribe of Florida Inc. has sovereign immunity, limiting a music management company's jurisdictional discovery to answering if that immunity was waived in a botched agreement for the band Candlebox.
