EEOC Hits Kodak Unit With Age Bias Class Action

Law360, New York (June 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Eastman Kodak Co. has been hit with a civil rights class action that claims one of its subsidiaries fired a group of employees in January 2004 because of their age.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed the complaint Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut on behalf of former employee Theresa Cristelli and 12 other employees older than 40 who lost their jobs during the 2004 cutbacks.
