SEC Prevails In Case Against U.S. Wireless Ex-CEO

Law360, New York (June 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission won partial summary judgment Friday in its securities fraud and misconduct case against the former CEO of U.S. Wireless Corp. as a federal judge ruled that there is no genuine dispute regarding nearly all the SEC's charges.
