Ziff Davis Creditors Ask To Reserve Rights In Plan

Law360, New York (June 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The creditors committee in computing magazine publisher Ziff Davis Media Inc.'s bankruptcy on Monday asked to reserve rights under the Chapter 11 plan, saying that while it supported the plan, it wanted to approve the final form and substance of the plan's warrant agreement and new management incentives.

The official committee for unsecured creditors said that it had worked diligently with Ziff Davis and the ad hoc senior secured noteholder group in negotiating and drafting the plan documents that would be included in the plan supplement....
