UMG To Appeal Judge's Ruling On Sale Of Promo CDs

Law360 (June 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a case said by some to have broad implications for consumer rights, Universal Music Group Recordings Inc. is appealing a judge's decision to dismiss an infringement lawsuit the record company brought against a man who was selling on eBay promotional CDs he received from UMG.
