9th Circuit Dismantles Suit Against Boeing, Lockheed

Law360, New York (June 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has grounded Space Exploration Technologies Corp.'s antitrust suit against Boeing Co. and Lockheed Martin Corp., finding that the company had not been eligible to compete in the government contract it was suing over.
