Appeals Court Denies BCBG Managers' Class Bid

Law360, New York (June 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A California appeals court has affirmed a lower court's denial of a bid for class status by employees of BCBG Max Azria Group Inc. who claim the clothing retailer fails to pay overtime to managers and assistant managers.
