Judge OKs Ziff Davis Plan, Ch. 11 Exit To Follow

Law360, New York (June 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has approved the reorganization plan for Ziff Davis Media Inc., clearing the way for the magazine publisher to exit bankruptcy on July 1, less than four months after it filed for Chapter 11 protection.

Judge Burton Lifland of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York signed off Tuesday on Ziff Davis' second amended reorganization plan, filed in early May.
