France Nabs Ex-COO Of Airbus Co. For Insider Trading

Law360, New York (June 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- French regulators filed preliminary charges on Tuesday against an ex-deputy chief executive of EADS NV, the parent company of Airbus, in a probe into possible insider trading at the aircraft maker that may have led to the delay of the company's superjumbo jet.
