Licensee Can't Revive AT&T, Verizon Infringement Suits

Law360, San Diego (November 17, 2014, 8:00 PM EST) -- A Delaware federal judge on Monday refused to reconsider his dismissal of four lawsuits against AT&T Mobility LLC, Verizon Online LLC and others for violating a slew of technology patents, ruling the patents’ licensee had plenty of time to fix its complaints before they were thrown out.

Licensing company Clouding IP LLC had asked U.S. District Judge Leonard P. Stark to give it a chance to amend its complaints after he dismissed them in July for lack of prudential standing.
