Ex-Kasowitz Head Responds To Sex Harassment Claim

Law360, New York (June 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- When Jeremy S. Pitcock, former head of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres and Friedman LLP's intellectual property group, filed a $90 million defamation suit after a press release allegedly implied sexual misconduct led to his firing, the firm upped its rhetoric, accusing him of “a pattern of sexual harassment.” Now, Pitcock has fired back.

Pitcock's attorneys denied the harassment accusation and accused the firm as well as public relations firm and fellow defendant Sitrick & Co. of continuing to target their client.
