Judge OKs Voting On Sentinel Plan

Law360, New York (June 20, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Sentinel Management Group Inc.'s former customers and general unsecured creditors will vote on the financial services company's Chapter 11 liquidation plan while Sentinel's trustee and creditors committee gear up for a potentially contested confirmation.

Judge John H. Squires of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Thursday approved the disclosure statement and voting procedures submitted in May by Sentinel's bankruptcy trustee and the official committee of unsecured creditors.
