Grasso Relinquishes Transcripts To Spitzer

Law360, New York (April 4, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Caving to pressure, former New York Stock Exchange chairman Richard Grasso has decided to hand over a fiercely guarded deposition to the office of New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer, marking a departure from his stance last month.

On Tuesday, Grasso told reporters outside a Manhattan law office that his lawyers had “simply” decided to give Spitzer’s office the two transcripts.
