Judge Puts LSI’s Chip Patent Suit On Hold

Law360, New York (June 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has put the brakes on LSI Corp. and Agere Systems Inc.’s patent infringement suit over a computer chip method patent to await the outcome of a parallel action before the U.S. International Trade Commission.
