Judge Won't Dismiss The Naked Cowboy's M&M's Suit

Law360, New York (June 23, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The New York street performer known as the Naked Cowboy may have a trademark case against a blue M&M wearing underpants and a cowboy hat, a federal judge said Monday when he denied a motion by Mars Inc. to dismiss the case.
