Ex-Siemens Worker Claims Retaliation Over Contract Concerns

Law360, New York (December 11, 2014, 8:01 PM EST) -- Siemens USA's industrial services arm has been hit with a whistleblower retaliation suit in New Jersey Superior Court, with a former associate accusing the company of firing him for questioning the allegedly improper terms of a lucrative contract with New York's Office of General Services.

Jacek Bokota filed the complaint in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, claiming his 19-year tenure with Siemens Industry Inc. ended shortly after he raised concerns about the New York contract, which he said conflicted with the terms of the federal General Services Administration contract by offering OGS the same price as the government....
