Sales Employees Seek Overtime Pay From Gannett

Law360 (June 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Gannett Co. Inc. has been hit with a proposed class action claiming the media giant failed to pay overtime wages to sales employees in Florida who help coordinate distribution for USA Today, the company's flagship publication.

Florida resident Sabrina Steen filed the suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, on behalf of herself and other Gannett employees who have performed similar jobs.
