Judge Denies Dismissal, But Moves Wells Fargo Case

Law360, New York (June 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has denied a bid by Wells Fargo & Co. to dismiss a proposed class action alleging Employee Retirement Income Security Act violations, but the court agreed to transfer the case, which the bank had requested as an alternative.

In a ruling Tuesday, Judge John Bates of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia moved the case brought by Yvonne Gipson to federal court in Minnesota.
