MasterCard Contests Bid To Revise Protective Order

Law360, New York (June 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- MasterCard Inc. has opposed a move by Discover Financial Services Inc. to modify a protective order in its $6 billion antitrust case that accuses MasterCard and Visa USA Inc. of keeping it out of the credit card market.
