Life Imitates Art For Coke Zero

Law360, New York (June 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- After running a series of advertisements that joked about suing Coke Zero for infringement, the maker of the diet drink has opted to launch a preemptive strike against a Canadian water company that has accused the beverage giant of just that.

Coke filed a declaratory suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Georgia in order to stop BlueSprings Water Co. and President Mirza Baig from going forward with litigation it has threatened for years.
