Third Airbus Exec Charged With Insider Trading

Law360, New York (July 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Former Airbus Co. chief executive Gustav Humbert was charged on Wednesday with insider trading at the company's corporate parent EADS NV.

Humbert, who is German, was released on bail for €350,000 ($552,500) after being held in police custody for two days in France. Humbert left Airbus in 2006 after announcing that the A380 superjumbo's production had been delayed.
