Inside CBP's Update On Anti-Dumping, Countervailing Duties
Law360, New York (January 20, 2015, 11:55 AM EST) -- U.S. Customs and Border Protection issued its first "AD/CVD Update" in December 2014. The AD/CVD update provides information regarding CBP's activities to collect anti-dumping and countervailing duties from U.S. importers that attempt to evade their payment. Comments from CBP suggest that these updates will be regularly published to provide more transparency into this aspect of CBP's work.
