DOJ Probes Yahoo, Google Over Online Ad Pact

Law360, New York (July 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Federal antitrust regulators have reportedly requested information from Yahoo Inc. and Google Inc. about their online-search advertising pact, and also queried other interested parties such as Microsoft Corp., whose rejected bid for Yahoo in part spurred the deal.
