Cheesecake Factory Hit With Male Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (July 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a sexual harassment suit against The Cheesecake Factory Inc. claiming the restaurant chain allowed a class of men to be harassed by fellow employees in one of the chain’s Arizona locations.

The EEOC filed its complaint last week in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona on behalf of Bryce Fitzpatrick, Michael Wilson, Albert Miller “and a class of males” who were employees at a Cheesecake Factory in Chandler, Ariz.
