Judge Certifies Class Of Polo Ralph Lauren Employees

Law360, New York (July 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has certified a large class of sales associates and cashiers who are accusing Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. of failing to provide rest breaks or pay for off-the-clock time spent inside its stores, among other California labor law violations.
