Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreen Sued Over Herbal Supplements

Law360, New York (February 5, 2015, 5:14 PM EST) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc., Target Corp. and The Walgreen Co. have each been slapped with proposed class actions in California federal court over the sale of store-brand herbal supplements that were allegedly mislabeled or don't contain their listed ingredients.

At least six lawsuits have been filed against the three retailers as of late Thursday — two against each retailer.
