NLRB Hits Au Bon Pain With Unfair Labor Practices Suit

Law360, New York (February 5, 2015, 1:31 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board has filed a complaint against Au Bon Pain Corp. accusing the company of discouraging its employees at the Philadelphia International Airport from engaging in union activities in violation of federal labor law.
