Comcast Wins Summary Judgment In $590M Suit

Law360, New York (July 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled in favor of Comcast Cable Communications Corp. in a patent infringement suit filed by Finisar Corp., and in doing so has invalidated the final claim left in the case, in which Finisar initially sought $590 million from the communications company.
