E.U. Plans To Probe SkyTeam Alliance

Law360 (April 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- At a time when the European Union and the United States are working toward an Open Skies accord to clear the way to each other’s air markets, E.U. antitrust Commissioner Neelie Kroes said she intended to take a hard look at Air-France KLM’s plans to link up its transatlantic alliances with Delta Air Lines Inc. and Northwest Airlines Corp.
