Talent Agents Accuse William Morris Agency Of Fraud

Law360, New York (April 27, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In a lawsuit only Hollywood could dream up, two veteran television agents with William Morris Agency LLC have launched a suit against the international talent firm, claiming management engaged in a complex scheme to devalue their stock by millions of dollars when they resigned in 2005.

Steven H. Glick and Gregory Lipstone, who had been with William Morris for more than 20 years each, filed suit in the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, accusing the firm of fraud and negligent misrepresentation.
