Dabney and Rabinowitz to Become Partners at Fried, Frank

Law360 (December 18, 2003, 12:00 AM EST) -- James W. Dabney and Stephen S. Rabinowitz, two partners at the intellectual property boutique Pennie & Edmonds, said they would be joining Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson as litigation partners in the firm’s New York office.

Pennie & Edmonds is winding down its practice after 120 years on Dec. 31, 2003. Most of the attorneys in the New York office are expected to join Cleveland-based general-practice firm Jones Day, but a number of others have chosen to go to competing firms instead.
