Judge Again Upholds $21M Verdict Against Nintendo

Law360, New York (July 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court has denied Nintendo Inc.'s request for judgment as a matter of law or a new trial for the second time in a patent suit over controllers for its popular GameCube and Wii video gaming systems.

District Judge Ron Clark of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas denied Nintendo's claim on Friday.
