Ford Ranger's Design Defects Fatal: Rollover Suit

Law360 (July 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the latest rollover lawsuit against Ford Motor Co., the auto giant has been accused of defective manufacturing in the case of a woman who became quadriplegic and later died after the roof of a Ford Ranger pickup collapsed in a highway crash.
