JPML Urged To Send Lenovo Secret-Adware Suits To Calif.

Law360, New York (March 19, 2015, 5:33 PM EDT) -- In litigation against Lenovo Inc. over the allegedly secret installation of software that harvests user information for targeted advertisements, both sides continued to jostle over a venue Wednesday, with some telling the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation that the suits should be shipped to California, not North Carolina.
