RJ Reynolds, Philip Morris Suffer $10M Blow In Engle Trial

Reynolds Tobacco Co. and Philip Morris USA Inc. with a $10 million compensatory damages verdict for the widow of a man who allegedly died of smoking-related cancer, as the trial proceeded to the punitive damages phase.
