9th Circ. Overturns Precedent In Mexican Torture Case

Law360, New York (March 27, 2015, 7:59 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit, sitting en banc, on Friday revived a petition for deferral of removal under the Convention against Torture by a Mexican man who says he was tortured by Mexican judicial police, overruling four of its prior precedential decisions.
